Dolly Martinez, who appeared in TLC‘s My 600-Lb. Life Season 10 has passed away at the age of 30, as per a statement from her family. Lindsey Cooper, Martinez’s sister, announced this hours after Martinez passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026. Martinez joins the list of several others who have featured on the TLC show and have died after their stints.

Dolly Martinez passed away at the age of 30, as per a statement from her sister, Lindsey Cooper, on Facebook. Martinez appeared on Season 10 of TLC’s My 600-Lb. Life, which documents real-life food addiction.
During her appearance, Martinez was on supplemental oxygen and also struggled with mental health issues. At the end of the episode, she did get approved for weight loss surgery. However, she lost 40 pounds.
“It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my beautiful sister, Dolly,” Cooper wrote about her sister’s passing on Facebook. “Dolly had the brightest personality; she could light up any room with her laughter, her kindness, and her loving spirit. She had a way of making everyone feel special, and her warmth will stay with us forever. While our hearts are broken here, I find comfort in knowing she is now reunited with our dad in heaven. I can only imagine the joy of that reunion.”
“Rest peacefully, Dolly. You will always be loved, always be missed, and never forgotten,” she concluded.

My 600-Lb. Life follows individuals who are morbidly obese for a year to document their lives and struggles. Tragically, over two dozen people featured in the show have died since their respective appearances.
So far, there has been no announcement of a My 600-Lb. Life Season 14. The thirteenth season of the show concluded on February 12, 2025.
