Moment neighbour throws kettle full of boiling water over disabled grandmother's face as she walked her grandson to school

Susan Varley, 68, had just set off walking her grandson to school at 8am when her next door neighbour, Ina Priestly, 56, walked over to her and chucked the boiling water in her face.
