Mom of boy, 14, who sued for $29MILLION after he was killed by falling tree branch 'scores massive win'

Christopher Kelly was killed in November 2021 during a thunderstorm in when a tree branch struck him. His mother sued because he was out planting trees during a school-sanctioned event.
