Minnesota millionaire collects $6,000 worth of food stamps thanks to state's loophole

Rob Undersander, a retired engineer, said he applied in 2016 to test the system and was approved after receiving a domestic violence brochure that counted as a qualifying benefit. He collected payments for 19 months before donating the money.
