MI vs SRH Player ratings: In a much-needed win for the Mumbai Indians, they defeated the Sunrisers Hyderabad by a convincing 7-wicket margin in Match 55 of IPL 2024 on May 6. This victory snapped their four-match losing streak and gave a slender boost for their playoff hopes in the IPL 2024 season.

The hero of the match was undoubtedly Suryakumar Yadav. Chasing a target of 174 runs, SKY displayed a batting masterclass, scoring a brilliant century (102*) off just 51 balls. His knock was laced with 12 fours and 6 sixes, leaving the SRH bowlers with no answers.

Earlier, Hyderabad, after electing to bat first, could only manage 173/8 in their 20 overs. Openers Travis Head (48) provided a decent start, but the middle order failed to capitalize. It was Pat Cummins’ late cameo (35* off 17 balls) that helped them reach a somewhat respectable total.
