Masters of the Universe’s Epic Skeletor Popcorn Bucket & He-Man Merch Revealed

The Masters of the Universe movie just gave fans a stunning reason to visit their local theater beyond the film itself. The upcoming adaptation unveiled an extensive collectible concession lineup at CinemaCon that could rival some of the most memorable movie merchandise in recent memory. From villain-inspired designs to fantasy creature creations, the collection promises to make grabbing popcorn an Eternia-worthy experience.

Skeletor popcorn bucket and more Masters of the Universe merch revealed

A terrifying new collectible could haunt theaters when Masters of the Universe arrives this summer. The Directexclusively revealed the film’s full popcorn bucket and collectible cup lineup at CinemaCon. Jared Leto’s Skeletor headlines the concession merchandise with a striking skull-shaped bucket.

The Skeletor popcorn bucket features red eyes and a black hood with a pop-open top. A Castle Grayskull recreation also stores popcorn and includes a built-in drink holder with straw. The film’s concession lineup additionally offers unique cups and drink toppers representing He-Man and Skeletor.

Fans of He-Man can grab a Power Sword collectible drink holder for their screening. The sword unscrews at the hilt to hold 44 oz. of liquid inside. Removing the pommel reveals a straw for convenient consumption during the movie.

Another bucket depicts He-Man approaching Skeletor on his Snake Mountain Throne with light-up flames. The stairway features illuminated flames lining the path from top to bottom. A popcorn compartment sits on the back of the elaborate collectible piece.

A Battle Cat popcorn bucket lets moviegoers store kernels inside He-Man’s famous armored tiger. The collectible rounds out an impressive lineup celebrating the franchise’s most beloved characters and locations. AMC, Cinemark, and Regal Cinemas will likely each distribute their own exclusive offerings.

Bumblebee director Travis Knight helms the $200 million live-action adaptation hitting theaters on June 5. The cast includes Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man, Jared Leto as Skeletor, Idris Elba, and Camila Mendes. Prince Adam returns to Eternia through the Sword of Power to challenge Skeletor’s rule.
