Mali holds tribute for assassinated defence minister under tight security

Mali held a tribute ceremony for its assassinated defence minister in Bamako on Thursday under tight security. Sadio Camara was killed in a rebel bomb attack over the weekend as fighters from a Tuareg separatist group and an al Qaeda-linked jihadist group launched an assault against the military junta.
