Some sci-fi shows age better because they do less. They avoid dumping the monster in your lap, avoid explaining every corner of the mythology, and instead make the world feel wrong through rules, checkpoints, collaborators, surveillance, curfews, and the quiet panic of ordinary people learning how to live after defeat. That exact kind of alien-invasion story is now coming to Tubi. The show also has real genre weight behind it. It was created by Carlton Cuse, one of the major creative forces behind Lost, and Ryan J. Condal, who later helped build House of the Dragon for HBO.
