LMNOP hits summertime hard with a newly curated drum and bass playlist alongside his fresh single, “Parking Lot,” with Tima Dee.
With the Fourth of July around the corner, that means fireworks, hot weather, and rolling the windows down while blasting music with friends and driving around town. When you’re celebrating summer fun, tune in to this exclusive playlist from drum and bass duo LMNOP.
Led by Los Angeles native Zach Schwartz and his partner LIL Z, this duo has carved out a unique identity through humorous, theatrical storytelling. The LMNOP DNB SUMMER 2026 playlist embodies that ethos, as well as their desire to lift up other artists in the DnB scene. The playlist explores 37 tracks of funky drums and deep bass from the likes of Basstripper, Dr. Apollo, Rova, Voltage, K Motionz, and many more.
Standouts include the sultry vocals of the groove-heavy song “Think I Am” by Rova and Primate’s remix of his track with Flowidus and Loboski, “Lock It.” These drum and bass selections bring bouncing bodies to the dancefloor with bass-heavy beats. Other tunes that shouldn’t be missed in the playlist include Dr. Apollo’s “Overdrive,” Gino’s “Du Du Du,” and Voltage’s “Music Is The Answer.”
LMNOP also dropped in his viral hit “Seal Dem” with MAYLAY and Jason Facey, looping seal sound effects into wonky basslines and reggae-dub jungle energy. Kicking off the playlist is their newest single, “Parking Lot,” which saw LMNOP team up with longtime friend Tima Dee for the first time. Its hyphy-inspired opening quickly gives way to a vibrant dnb drop that demands movement with crushing basslines and razor-sharp production.
“Tima is from the Bay Area and brings that unmistakable West Coast hyphy energy to the record. Blending her influence with my take on drum and bass created something that feels fresh and genuinely unique,” LMNOP shared. “What I admire most about Tima is her versatility. She’s an incredible singer, songwriter, and one of the best rappers I’ve ever worked with. I’m honored to finally be releasing music together, and even more excited that it’s our first release on Gorilla Warfare.”
The playlist is a snapshot of what I’ve been playing in my sets lately. These are some of the hottest jump-up records out right now, along with tracks that capture the same energy and attitude as “Parking Lot.” Together they show the sound that’s inspiring me at the moment and where this release fits into the current wave of drum and bass.
