Lidl set to open over 50 new stores and create 2,000 jobs as it battles for market share

Britain's sixth-biggest grocer said the openings will create almost 2,000 new jobs as it hopes to poach more customers from traditional major supermarkets. It is vying with the likes of Morrisons.
