Lee Je-Hoon’s Chief Detective 1958 Episode 3 Release Date and Trailer Revealed on MBC

MBC recently shared the Chief Detective 1958 episode 3 trailer, featuring Lee Je-Hoon in the lead role. The comedy crime K-drama is set to premiere its new episode in April 2024 on MBC and Disney Plus.

In the previous episode, Detective Park Young-Han (Lee Je-Hoon) formed his team of trusted and skilled detectives, including Kim Sang-Soon (Lee Dong-Hwi), Cho Kyung-Hwan (Choi Woo-Sung), and Seo Ho-Jeong (Yoon Hyun-Soo). It also featured Lee Hae-Joo (Seo Eun-Soo), a library owner, and her cute moments with Young-Han.

The upcoming episode 3 will focus on the four detectives working on a new and dangerous mission. Meanwhile, the latest trailer shows three of them will end up in jail.

Chief Detective 1958 episode 3 will air on Friday, April 26, 2024, at 9.50 p.m. KST on MBC. It will also be available to stream on Disney Plus.

The recently released episode 3 trailer features Young-Han (Lee Je-Hoon), Kyung-Hwan (Choi Woo-Sung), and Ho-Jeong (Yoon Hyun-Soo) in prison. They wonder if Detective Sang-Soon (Lee Dong-Hwi) can manage the mission alone. The trio tries to convince the prison guard to let them leave.

In the previously released Chief Detective 1958 episode 3 trailer, a group of robbers attack an office. When the team of detectives receives the case, Sang-Soon disguises himself as a security guard at the office. Everything seemed to go according to plan until another unit of detectives put Young-Han, Kyung-Hwan, and Ho-Jeong in jail. Meanwhile, things worsen at the office, and Sang-Soon may have to handle the situation alone. The video ends with a car chase between the robbers and the detectives. 

Chief Detective 1958 airs twice a week on Friday and Saturday on MBC and Disney Plus.
