Lebanon-Israel talks: 'A significant and symbolic step'

Lebanese and Israeli representatives were set to meet Tuesday in Washington for their first direct talks in decades. France 24's Washington correspondent Fraser Jackson takes a look at what the opposing sides are hoping to achieve during the talks which he says are a "a significant and symbolic step" for the long-time adversaries.
