Controversial influencer Carla Bellucci has begged Katie Price to ‘run’ from husband Lee Andrews after the truth over his disappearance emerged.

Carla, who shot to fame in 2019 for faking depression to get a nose job on the NHS, called on the former glamour model to stop ‘chasing fairy tales’ with the whirlwind romance.

She was referring to the fact that Katie, 48, married the Dubai-based businessman earlier this year after a 48-hour engagement and knowing him barely a week.

They married in a quiet ceremony after the businessman made an elaborate proposal which featured rose petals and a hot tub.

One of his former girlfriends, influencer Alana Percival, later claimed he made an ‘identical’ proposal to her months earlier.

He disappeared in mid-May, prompting the mother-of-five to use her celebrity status to spearhead a two-week international manhunt for him.

On Wednesday, Katie revealed that Lee was holed up in a Dubai prison and claimed he was being held on espionage charges.

This has been disputed, with other reports suggesting he had to pay a four-figure fine after being detained over a ‘private civil matter’.

Authorities also told the Sun he has not been held over spying charges.

Addressing this, and other claims including that Lee is not a millionaire businessman, Carla – who is often branded Britain’s most hated mum – said: ‘My advice to Katie is to run. She’s an intelligent woman and she needs to run the hell away from him.

‘It’s turned into a circus. I love her to bits but, woman to woman, she needs to ask herself, why has he been arrested? Does he need money or something?

‘I think she genuinely did fall in love but she got caught up in it.

‘She’s so strong in some ways but when it comes to love she isn’t. She’s so inspiring but she seems very weak when it comes to men.

‘I’d hate to see her come down even more than she has. I’ve got nothing but love for her but Jesus.’

Speaking about her decision to marry Lee a week after meeting him, she said: ‘I think that’s stupid, especially at our age. I’m 45, she’s 48.

‘She needs to learn to love herself but it looks like she loves the romance and is always chasing fairy tales. It’s easy for me to say because I’m happily married.’

When Katie revealed she was seeing Lee, he presented himself as the CEO of Aura Group Future Urban Travel 2027 and an ‘investor in SpaceX Hybrid Fitness.’

His profile, which had 111k followers, was littered with photos of the entrepreneur in the gym and enjoying the high life in Dubai – also appearing to rub shoulders with Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian.

It was later exposed as a farce – with no information about his company on its website, and the photos appeared to be AI-generated.

He is also unable to currently leave the Middle Eastern country due to allegedly being jailed for suspected fraud.

This is for allegedly taking out a £200,000 mortgage in his ex-girlfriend’s name without her knowledge.

The UAE bans people facing criminal investigations from leaving the country.

Lee has denied he was unable to return to the UK and said there must be some ‘wrong details’.

Katie later confirmed he was subjected to a ban, but didn’t clarify why.
