Lee Andrews has hit out at a clinician in Dubai, claiming he and wife Katie Price had ‘botched’ procedures and now need ‘corrective’ work.
Reality star Katie, 47, who married Lee, 43, after days of knowing him, is no stranger to cosmetic surgery, having gone under the knife for 17 well-documented boob jobs, plus various facelifts, fox eye lifts, liposuctions, and bum injections.
And after reuniting with her hubby, who claims he is a multi-millionaire businessman, earlier this year, defying government orders against travelling, she also managed to influence him to get some ‘tweakments’.
Taking to Instagram, Lee previously shared that his wife was having work done, while he had nose and chin injections to ‘enhance’ his appearance.
Now, however, he has slammed the clinician behind the procedures, claiming the practice he operates is ‘illegal’.
In a social media post this weekend, Lee, who proposed to Katie two days after he met her, wrote alongside a screenshot of the clinic’s page: ‘This man is operating an illegal practice in Dubai South from his villa without license charging clients and using products not listed by the authorities he augmented my wife and myself terrible results that needed further qualified corrective surgery be careful guys [sic]’.
Following his message, Mistra Aesthetics fired back, denying the allegations that anything is untoward.
‘Regarding the accusation that has been made about me and my business, I can confidently say that the claims are completely untrue, and it’s disappointing to see private matters being spoken about publicly,’ he began in an Insta Story without naming Lee or Katie.
‘My business is not affected in any way, and I won’t be going back and forth online trying to defend or justify myself.
‘The people close to the situation know the real reason behind these false accusations and understand they were made to take attention away from what actually happened, as the version being shared publicly is far from the truth.’
He added that ‘no further information or statements will be shared regarding this matter’.
‘I’m staying focused on my clients, my work, and moving forward positively,’ the post concluded.
It comes after the clinician, who specialises in facial contouring and liquid rhinoplasty, accused the couple of blocking him, having refused to pay for their work.
He told The Sun: ‘This is expected as they both left without paying for their treatment, and after multiple sent invoices, I was blocked.
‘Although no mention of being unhappy with the results was ever brought to my attention.
‘What Katie is experiencing with her treatment is perfectly normal.’
Again, offering an opposing version of events, Lee told the publication that Katie was ‘unable to move her mouth’ after her procedure, disputing the claim that they did a runner without coughing up.
Things had started out well between the lovebirds and the clinician, who posted a photo on Instagram after their appointment.
The aesthetic practitioner wrote that it was ‘lovely’ to see Katie in particular, adding: ‘It was great to have you both in my clinic today & was lovely to meet you both!
‘Katie and Lee thank you for trusting me to carry out your treatments and I look forward to seeing you both again soon.
‘A full treatment plan for Katie has been set out to achieve best results overtime.’
This is not the first time Lee has faced somewhat of a financial scandal, though, as question marks remain over his career and his relationship history.
Previously, American businesswoman Crystal Janke accused Lee of conning her after she believed she had invested £123,000 in his sustainable vehicle company, but he did not repay her.
Meanwhile, ex-fiancée Alana Percival has been extremely vocal about her feelings for Lee, branding him a ‘narcissist’ and a ‘liar’.
Recordings have also surfaced of Lee appearing to beg another woman for money, days before he popped the question to Katie. He strongly denies that he did so.
Still, he insists that he is a successful entrepreneur, telling The Sun that he makes between $2-5million (£1.5-3.7m) annually from the US stock market, among other ventures.
He’s also claimed he’s purchased a new £36m mansion in Palm Jumeirah for himself and Katie to live in. Fans are yet to see the property.
Meanwhile, Katie continues jetting back and forth between the UK and Dubai, with Lee claiming work and family commitments mean she has to leave at intervals.
As far as we know, Lee has yet to make the trip over and meet Katie’s children. While he refuted reports that a three-month prison stint last year rendered him ‘banned’ from leaving the country, Katie has since confirmed his travel ban, telling her podcast listeners, ‘You can get a travel ban for absolutely anything.’
