Skeleton Crew Season 2 Gets Update From Kerry Condon

The possibility of a Season 2 for Star Wars: Skeleton Crew received a small but notable update after Kerry Condon recently commented on the show’s future. Although Disney+ has not officially renewed the series, the actress suggested that another season remais a “possibility.”

In an interview with Screen Rant, Condon was asked whether she had heard anything regarding another season of the live-action Star Wars project. The actress responded, “I mean, I heard maybe possibly, but I don’t know.” However, she clarified that nothing has been formally confirmed.

Condon portrayed Fara in the first season. The character served as both Fern’s mother and a senior official on the isolated planet At Attin. While reflecting on the experience, the actress expressed hope that the series could continue. He felt so particularly because of the younger cast members involved in the project. “You never know in this business, but I really hope so because I thought the kids were great,” she said.

Though the show has not officially moved forward with another season, co-creators Jon Watts and Christopher Ford have previously indicated interest in continuing the story. In an interview with TechRadar, Watts highlighted the demand for another season. He stated, “If people want to see more Skeleton Crew, we’d be happy to make more.”

The live-action Star Wars series debuted in December 2024 followed a group of children raised on At Attin. However, they unexpectedly become stranded across the galaxy after encountering pirates during their journey away from home. The series earned a largely positive response following its release.
