This Arshad Warsi and Akshay Kumar starrer has performed decently in the box office on day 2. The film gained around Rs 12.75 on the opening day and gave close competition to Jolly LLb 2, which opened at Rs 13 crores on its opening day. The film has been much appreciated by the critics and the audience alike. People are happy to see the union of Jolly from Jolly LLB 1 and Jolly from Jolly LLB 2. And with Saurabh Shukla returning as the adorable judge we all know and love, this film was much anticipated. On day 2, the film performed a little better in terms of morning shows, with its occupancy being 13.65%.

As of now, 4:40 pm, the film has earned around Rs. 6.6 Crores, according to sacnilk.com. The film's occupancy started with 13.65% in the morning, which was high as compared to day 1's morning occupancy, which was around 10%. In the afternoon shows, the occupancy has grown to around 32%, which is again higher than day 1, where the afternoon occupancy was approximately 17%. The increase in the occupancy can also be credited to it being a weekend.

On the second day of screening, 20 September, Jolly LLB 3 had a ticket sale of 112.75K from 7 am to 3 pm. Again, the film is performing better than on day 1, when during the same time, the ticket sales were 68.2K.From 2 PM to 3 PM, the film registered almost 20K ticket sales on BMS.

Kesari chapter 2 earned a net collection of 7.84 crore on its opening day, so the courtroom drama is clearly beating the film.
