Despite being negatively received by critics, Countdown has proven to be a streaming hit, consistently claiming one of the top three positions on Prime Video's top ten shows. Viewers have been loving the action scenes delivered by the show's stars, especially by Supernatural fan-favorite Jensen Ackles. However, there is trouble on the horizon for the action drama, and not just because the Season 1 finale is on the horizon and there is no Season 2 announcement yet. Prime Video has just debuted another action thriller, The Terminal List: Dark Wolf, and the Taylor Kitsch-starrer came out guns blazing. The show has surpassed all the top shows, including The Summer I Turned Pretty, to claim the top position on the chart. While Countdown managed to beat Butterfly after being overtaken last week, it remains to be seen whether the same will happen with Dark Wolf.
