After Superman soared at the box office this summer, DC Studios wasted no time confirming that David Corenswet’s Man of Steel would be back on the big screen. James Gunn revealed that the next film in the DCU is officially titled Man of Tomorrow and will arrive in theaters on July 9, 2027. The title pulls from one of Superman’s classic nicknames — but Gunn is adamant about one thing: this is not a sequel.
