Ian Huntley died in hospital from head injury following 'prison attack', inquest hears

The 52-year-old was taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle after an alleged attack with a metal bar in a workshop at HMP Frankland in Durham on February 26 and died after his life support was switched off eight days later on March 7.
