The devastation continues in Hollyoaks next week, with first look pictures confirming the catastrophic fallout of the action-packed stunt week as the teens struggle in the wake of the crash.
Jaw-dropping scenes earlier this week saw new family the Keanes arrive with a bang (literally) as their removal van collided with Charlie Dean’s (Charlie Behan) car.
Frankie Osborne (Isabelle Smith) set off for a new adventure in London, having secured a place at a dance school, but swiftly discovered that she’d left her ballet shoes, a gift from Darren (Ashley Taylor Dawson) and Nancy (Jessica Fox), behind.
The teen instructed Charlie to turn around and allow her to retrieve them but, with time running out until her train, Charlie put his foot down, with catastrophic consequences ensuing.
After clipping the van, Vicky Grant (Anya Lawrence) and Frankie suffered head injuries as the vehicle flew through the air – before landing in the forest nearby.
Jonah (Matthew Wolfenden), meanwhile, attempted to regain control of his van but ultimately crashed into a digger, with son Caleb (Lewis Walton) being thrown headfirst through the windscreen amid the collision.
Beth (Rebecca Ryan) was rushed to hospital unconscious and upon waking up it was revealed that she was none other than patriarch Jack’s (Jimmy McKenna) daughter.
Caleb woke in hospital and was still unable to feel his legs, with Beth and Jonah informed by doctors that their son had suffered spinal damage.
And as for Charlie, Frankie and Vicky? The trio were rushed to hospital the following morning after being discovered by Leela (Kirsty-Leigh Porter) and Dodger Savage (Danny Mac).
Charlie more or less admitted to being responsible for the accident, unaware that Beth was in earshot, with the devastated mum confronting the teen over his actions and the impact the collision had on Caleb.

The conflict came with great sadness for Jack as – given his connection to Beth – his family is now at war.
And the devastation will continue next week, as confirmed in new imagery, with Frankie waking up in hospital, noticeably upset by what has unfolded.
She’s not the only one, with Charlie noticeably shaken and upset as the realisation of what his role in the accident could mean officially sets in.
He grapples with his emotions, though Nancy is determined to see the best in him.
The question is: will he be facing the police? The authorities come calling in upcoming scenes but he’s nowhere to be seen when they do.
This wouldn’t be the first time Charlie has been in trouble with the law as he went to prison back in 2020 for the murder of Jordan Price (Connor Calland), who was killed by Ella Richardson (Erin Palmer).
The other big questions is: Will Vicky be okay? Next week, she remains unconscious while Frankie is informed that the family their car collided with in the crash are part of her own clan.
And there’s more bad news as Frankie learns she has suffered a serious leg injury, leaving her unable to start her course in London for at least six months.
Charlie later arrives at the hospital to see his sister but, as he watches her through the window – struggling to process the devastating news – the weight of his guilt becomes overwhelming.
Jack, meanwhile, will no doubt find himself at odds as his family is torn to shreds over the devastation that has unfolded over the past week, meaning fans can expect plenty more high-octane scenes to come in the coming weeks.
