Released back in 2023 and giving players the chance to finally become a Hogwarts student, Hogwarts Legacytook the world by storm, becoming the best-selling game of the year, and quickly qualifying for a sequel that is currently in development courtesy of Avalanche Software. Inspired by the magical world of Harry Potter, yet featuring a story that takes place over a century before the events of the original movie and book series, Hogwarts Legacy may have sold well, but since its launch, fans have been left disappointed with a lack of content updates as both its developer and publisher focus on the next installment.
