Nobody is particularly happy with Sony at the moment. From their plans to end physical PlayStation games production by 2028 to the removal of over 500 movies and television shows from buyers' libraries following the end of a licensing agreement with Studiocanal, they've raised many concerns about the future of physical media, preservation, and "ownership" of their titles. Nonetheless, the video game giant is attempting to roll on in a year full of big releases, including the event that is Grand Theft Auto VI and console exclusives like Marvel's Wolverine. One of their in-house banners, Santa Monica Studio, has acknowledged the move away from actual discs, though.
