General Hospital Spoilers Today: Drew & Willow Decide to Frame Michael on Sept 11

From Britt’s dramatic return to Jason’s warning, Drew’s recovery, and Michael’s shaky alibi, here is a recap and all the spoilers from the General Hospital September 11 episode.

Spoilers for what happens on General Hospital today on September 11, 2025

Britt wakes up on a plane with Jason

Britt regains consciousness mid-flight, only to find herself seated next to Jason. Jason presses her for answers about her time in Croatia. Britt insists she was working on a cold fusion research project, reporting only to Pascal, but Jason doesn’t believe her story. He warns her about Jack Brennan and the WSB’s interest in the lab. Jason reminds Britt that she doesn’t need to hide from him and that she’ll have to face what comes now that she’s back from the dead.

Carly confronts Drew as Willow stays by his side

At the hospital, Willow tells Drew she’s relieved he survived and reminds him that Tracy saved his life. Drew claims he lived because of his own will to stay with his family. Later, Carly barges in and demands custody of Scout, but Drew refuses. Their argument escalates when Drew accuses her of threatening him and warns that Michael could soon face arrest. Carly defends Michael and insists Drew is twisting the truth to his advantage.

Later, Drew explains how he plans to use the shooting to get Michael convicted. Willow agrees to support him, saying she will do anything to get her kids back.

Curtis fails to prove his alibi to Anna

Curtis meets with Anna and his lawyer, Martin, to discuss his fallout with Drew. When Anna asks for his alibi during the time of Drew’s shooting, Curtis admits he was alone at The Savoy. His timeline makes him look increasingly suspicious, putting him at the top of the suspect list.

Dante doubts Michael’s alibi with Jacinda

Dante questions Jacinda at The Metro Court after Michael names her as his alibi. Michael, who is there with her, claims the alibi is true, but Dante suspects the story doesn’t hold up. He directly accuses his brother of paying Jacinda to cover for him.

Rocco gets hurt and heads to the hospital

At the café, Obrecht runs into Rocco and Charlotte. After Rocco injures himself chasing Outback, Obrecht insists he needs stitches. Lulu, Dante, and Nina rush to the hospital, where Lulu thanks Obrecht for looking out for her son.

Britt returns to General Hospital alive

The episode ends with Britt walking into General Hospital. Liz, Dante, Nina, Lulu, and Obrecht are stunned to see her alive. Lulu gasps, “We thought you were…” and Britt responds, “Dead? Believe it or not, I’m back!” The shock causes Obrecht to faint.
