Here’s a spoilers-filled recap of General Hospital’s April 10 episode to learn how last week ended for Port Charles residents. It featured Sidwell trying to blame Sonny for Jordan’s accident, Valentin and Carly making a tough decision, Willow receiving bad news, and more.

Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on April 10, 2026

End of the road

Before walking out of Carly’s home, Jack thanked her for trusting him again. After he left, Valentin appeared and argued with Carly about trusting Jack. She reassured that she is still just using him. Unconvinced, Valentin said he was jealous because he had started to have feelings for her. Carly wondered if he loved her, but why would he not trust her? After a brief argument, the two decided to keep things strictly personal.

First copy

Despite Molly being able to talk, Cody picked her up from the bedroom and took her to the living room. She then received a copy of her book to finalize any changes. Molly asked Cody if he wanted anything changed in the book, but he denied.

Desperate plan

Nina revealed to Willow that Jack had blackmailed her and that she had failed to get any information about Valentin. Willow is worried that if the traffic cam footage resurfaces, her political career could end. She then pointed out that they use someone Jack loves against him to prevent him from leaking the footage.

Escalating troubles

Sonny discussed Danny’s wanting to join his organization with Ric and asked him to warn Alexis about the boy’s intentions. They then discussed being prepared for Sidwell’s next move. Sonny noted that if Sidwell killed him, Laura wouldn’t hesitate to go to the PCPD with all the information.

Curtis holds on

Laura arrived at the hospital and offered Curtis support. She learned that Jordan is out of surgery, but still in danger. Soon, Sidwell showed up, and Laura approached him to hold him off from questioning Curtis. Sidwell said Sonny killed Marco and also caused Jordan’s accident.

Moments later, when Justine dropped by, Sidwell tried to question her too, but she talked her way out of it. She walked up to Curtis and asked about Jordan’s condition. Laura told her that Sidwell was there to question Curtis, but the DA said she’d handle him.

Justine then spoke with Sidwell, who expressed his views on Sonny. She defended Sonny, noting that there has been no evidence linking the mob boss to either incident, and assured him that PCPD is investigating the case. After he left, Justine called Sonny and asked to meet.

Nina’s bold move

Nina met Jack and said that she won’t betray Charlotte’s trust. He then reminded her about the footage. Unfazed, Nina explained that if he released the video, Carly would learn that he tampered with evidence that led to Michael becoming the prime suspect. She adds that Carly would never forgive him for that.
