Who let the dogs out? Nature. Folks living in the Los Angeles area might need to brace themselves because it hits incredibly close to home. With the dusk and dawn scavengers known as coyotes continuing to venture out of the woods and into suburbia, filmmaker Colin Minihan (Grave Encounters) has decided to use his latest feature as a way to put a twist of terror into the ever-growing problem. Aptly titled Coyotes, the film centers around a family living in the luxurious Hollywood Hills neighborhood and follows them as they do their best to survive the night and fend off a wild and savage pack of the titular tricksters. As part of Collider’s Exclusive Preview event, during which we’re pairing up with Fantastic Fest to debut a handful of first looks at the event’s 20th anniversary lineup, we’ve got a first look at the film, which stars off-screen couple Justin Long (Jeepers Creepers) and Kate Bosworth (Blue Crush) as well as Mila Harris (No Exit).
