FFVII Ever Crisis Getting Advent Children, FFXIII, and NieR Events

The Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis second anniversary stream in Japan included a roadmap of things to expect up through the end of 2025, and that will involve crossover events with the movie FFVII Advent Children, FFXIII, and the NieR games Replicant, Reincarnation, and Automata. The latest updates will also involve a playable version of adult Sephiroth joining the cast and the end of FFVII: The First Soldier storyline. The English accounts haven’t updated with details about them yet, but things ten to run simultaneously worldwide in this game. 

The Final Fantasy VII Advent Children event starts in FFVII Ever Crisis on September 7, 2025. That’s when the playable adult version of Sephiroth and his weapons will debut in the game. The banner for both his and Cloud’s weapons and gear from that installment will start that day too and run until October 23, 2025. On September 18, 2025, a second banner will appear with weapons and costumes for Tifa, Yuffie, and Young Sephiroth based on the movie. Both heroines will get gear based on their updated outfits. Meanwhile, Young Sephiroth will get to cosplay as Kadaj.

The October 2025 events will involve the end of FFVII The First Soldier. There will be the end of that storyline and epilogues to go over Glenn, Lucia, and Matt’s activities after the event.

The big November 2025 update in FFVII Ever Crisis involves FFXIII. Lightning will show up as an event boss. There will also be a banner for Aerith and Tifa that will include gear that dresses each one up in Lightning’s costume.

Finally, in December 2025 the NieR crossover will come to FFVII Ever Crisis. There are no details regarding costumes, event bosses, or other elements yet.
