Fernando Mendoza selected No 1 overall by the Raiders in the NFL Draft as Tom Brady finally gets his franchise quarterback

Mendoza, the reigning Heisman Trophy winner, had his name read out first by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell in front of thousands of fans in Pittsburgh on Thursday night.
