Of all the exits in NCIS, some of the most bittersweet were those of Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) and Ziva David (Cote de Pablo). Though their respective departures from the show were staggered, the very last time we got to see them on the screen together was in Season 11, where Ziva made her heartbreaking decision to resign from the bureau and stay in Israel, ending in a shattering kiss between them.
