EuroMillions jackpot has rolled over into a bigger jackpot after no one matched the winning numbers in last night’s draw.

Some fortunate players have woken up richer this morning after last night’s EuroMillions results – but no one scooped up the £34 million jackpot.

Twice a week, players have the chance to take home the jackpot – and if there is no winner, the bonanza rolls over into the next draw with more money added to the pot.

The jackpot now stands at over £46 million after it was rolled over into Friday.

The ball numbers were: 1, 9, 13, 35, 40. And the two lucky stars were: 5, 6.

Every Tuesday and Friday at 8.45pm, thousands of players are kept at the edge of their seats to find out whether they have won the life-changing amount.

Before the EuroMillions numbers are announced, players have a chance to win in the Thunderball draw, which costs £1 to play, while a EuroMillions ticket costs £2.50.

Yesterday’s winning Thunderball numbers for the £500,000 top prize were: 8, 18, 20, 31, 33, and 3.

While several players took home smaller prizes, there was no UK winner for the jackpot, according to the National Lottery website.

To get the jackpot, players need Match 5 + 2 Stars.

However, one lucky player became a millionaire overnight thanks to their UK Millionaire Maker numbers.

Another player scooped around £179,000 in tax-free cash after having the matching five numbers and one star.

Since there was no EuroMillions jackpot winner this time, the boon will roll over into Friday’s draw.

Some players in the UK have been able to get out of the rat race and retire with plenty of cash to splash.

A Gloucestershire couple, Joe and Jess Thwaite, won over £184 million after buying the ticket in May 2022.

It was Joe who first woke up and found out their lives had changed forever after seeing the matching numbers.

He said: ‘I saw how much and I didn’t know what to do.

‘I couldn’t go back to sleep, I didn’t want to wake Jess up so I just laid there for what seemed like forever.

‘I spent some time searching for property with no budget limit, which was a novelty!’

When his Jess’s alarm finally rang, he told her: ‘I’ve got a secret, I’ve got something to tell you.’
