36 years after debuting to a highly positive reception, the best Christmas franchise ever is making a triumphant return this holiday season. Originally created by the late John Hughes, the Home Alone franchise comprises four feature films and two made-for-television films, with the most recent entry released in 2021 following Disney's acquisition of 21st Century Fox.
