With the box-office underperformance of the DC Universe's Supergirl dominating headlines this past weekend, a holdover hit's latest achievement was overshadowed. Supergirl took the number two spot on the domestic box office chart behind Toy Story 5. The number 10 movie on the domestic leaderboard this past weekend was Michael, the controversial Michael Jackson biopic that has been available on the PVOD market for quite some time, and despite that, has continued making millions at the box office. In its 10th weekend globally, the movie added around $10 million to its total, and in doing so, broke a massive record.
