My favourite thing about living in London is staying two weeks ahead of food trends, but there are other reasons to enjoy a visit to the capital.

Take, for example, the employment opportunities, the thriving theatre scene, or the wild sex parties.

Sorry, what was that last one?

Yes, according to Dr Tara Suwinyattichaipornenjoys, a dating agent on Celebs Go Dating, one of the benefits of visiting London to film is the burgeoning sex party scene.

Tara, 36, who lives in LA but stays in London during filming, told The Sun that sex parties are growing more and more common in the capital.

‘I really do think that British people are becoming more sex positive just based on these last three years of me living here for a few months each time and interacting with so many new people,’ the doctor said.

‘People are a lot more comfortable talking about sex nowadays, as compared to just three years ago.’

Tara claims that there are differences between London and LA parties, however.

Apparently, Brits are in a bigger rush to ‘get down to business’ while people in LA are a bit more leisurely.

‘In LA, I think it’s customary to sort of enjoy the party scene, the drinking and the hanging out, the boudoir, like the erotic dancers, and just watch the show and then people perhaps start playing around midnight.’

Here in the Big Smoke, however, it gets to 10 pm, and it’s time to go.

‘I mean, they came in suits, so they have work the next day,’ she explained. ‘So just like, get in, get out, go home, go to bed!’

Clearly, Tara doesn’t know some Tube lines close early these days, not that those attending these parties necessarily get public transport.

The relationship coach explained to The Sun that tickets can cost anything from £300 to £1,000 per person, and there’s a level of discretion that attracts a certain calibre of clientele.

‘Usually it’s the crowd that also don’t want to be necessarily screaming out in the world that they’re at a sex party,’ she admitted. ‘So there’s a lot of discretion at these parties.’

‘I can’t name names, but I definitely have met a few Hollywood stars!’

Anyway, outside of A-lister bedrooms and in the Channel 4 offices, Tara’s clearly impressed bosses with her work on Celebs Go Dating.

According to The Sun, they’ve reportedly already commissioned a new series of the dating show.

Celebs Go Dating is available to watch now on Channel 4.
