Remember, SPF should be applied generously and reapplied every couple of hours, especially when you’re sweating or swimming. Protective clothing like wide-brimmed hats and long sleeves can do a lot of heavy lifting and, when it’s really hot, avoiding the sun between the hours of 11am and 3pm is also advisable.
