Boots’ own brand Habi launches multifunctional Hair and Body Mist

Boots has been pulling out all the stops in recent months to bring new labels, as well as launching new own brands, and a whole host of unmissable deals and festive bundles. So it’s safe to say the leading health and beauty label is growing exponentially.

While we love to invest in longstanding beauty labels we have used for years on end, we are also curious when it comes to new launches, especially Boots own brands, which is where Habi comes in. 

This year Habi has launched a selection of supplements, skincare, which is ever evolving. We have tried almost everything from the brand, and it’s safe to say the supplements are kind on the gut but effective, while the skincare is equally as gentle on the surface. 

A new addition to the fast-expanding brand is the multifunctional Hair and Body Mist, which is currently on offer for £6.99, reduced from £9. Though we think both price tags are super affordable.  

We have been in the beauty business for a long time, so we have tried and tested an array of face mists, scented body mists, as well as hair mists, but we have yet to come across a dual creation like Habi’s Hair and Body Mist. 

The Hair and Body Mist contains hydrogenated castor oil, water as well as alcohol denat, among other ingredients, which work to give your hair and body a refresh. 

The spray comes out as a fine mist rather than a sharp squirt, so you don’t have to fret about this liquid fragrance spoiling your freshly coiffed hair. 

We have been trialling the Hair and Body Mist for a while now, and we can confidently confirm the scent is longlasting even after hours of wear on a blustery day. 

The Habi Hair and Body Mist can be sprayed on the body, as well as the hair, which is a rare beauty item, but it saves you buying a separate hair fragrance or perfume.

We trialled the Vanilla Cloud scent, which is sweet, creamy, decadent and smells more luxurious than its sub £10 price tag. It boasts notes of bergamot and peach, with floral notes at the centre, including rose, patchouli and jasmine, while vanilla, amber and musk are the base notes that have a lasting impression. 

However, the scent is available in five other fragrances, including Amber Bloom, Velvet Daze, Floral Dream, Citrus Souffle and Cherry Kiss.

Considering the affordable sale price tag, and the fact this new innovation is two items in one, it truly is a bargain buy worth stocking up on. 

Some shoppers have likened the Vanilla Cloud scent to a Kayali fragrance that fetches for £73. 

One shopper commented: ‘If you love kayali vanilla 28 this is for you it’s literally the same scent.’

A separate customer added: ‘WOW! this fragrance is amazing and lasts so long. Don’t walk RUN!!!!!!’

A third Boots beauty buff weighed in: ‘OMG my new favourite scent!! smells so warm, sweet, and slightly woody vanilla fragrance – the most amazing gourmand scent that smells so luxurious! The scent is so long lasting, sprayed in the morning before work and could still smell it on my clothes at the end of the day! Highly recommend it, I love it!’
