Black writer of TV hit The Bear says elderly white woman had cops cuff him for putting his feet on train seat

Alex O'Keefe, a black writer of the hit TV series The Bear, shared a video to Instagram on Thursday showing an elderly white woman he said got him detained over the way he sat on an MTA train.
