While Big Brother28 is just getting underway, things are being shaken up in the house after the very first week of gameplay after Rick Devens, former Survivor castaway, won the second Head of Household. Devens, who's aligned with his fellow Survivor alum Dee Valladares in the game, rose to power after the show's first live eviction played out, sending Ashley packing over Taylor with a unanimous vote. Despite Devens initially seeming to want to lie low, the chaotic castaway won the second HOH of the season and has already started to stir things up between his fellow BB housemates.
