Ubisoft has released Assassin’s Creed Shadows PS5 update 1.1.1, which adds a bunch of freebies for all players alongside support for the Claws of Awaji expansion. A new Project has also been added to the Animus HUB, which allows players to unlock Ezio themed gear.

New expansion Claws of Awaji (September 16) New free story quest: Go with the Bo (September 16): Join Junjiro in his quest to meet a legendary Bo Master and learn more about the Bo staff, a dynamic new weapon type perfectly suited to Naoe’s acrobatic fighting style. Upon finishing the quest, you will receive a Bo to use across your adventures. Level cap 100 Hideout upgrades: 2 additional upgrade levels, bringing a total of 20 new enhancements, alongside 3 new Hideout levels. New project “Sanctuary”: We are releasing a new Project available in the Animus HUB, called Sanctuary, in which you can get Ezio themed gear, kusarigama, and much more! Advance time of day Improved scouts Enhanced gear quality Bug fixes and improvementsThe patch is rolling out today, and weighs 12.94 GB on the PS5.
