Every streaming platform has plenty of sci-fi shows, but it’s hard to beat Apple TV’s offering of original sci-fi programming. The streamer got its start with more light-hearted hits like Ted Lasso, starring Jason Sudeikis, but it has since debuted other famous sci-fi shows, including Severance, Invasion, andPluribus. Severance has aired two successful seasons to date, while Invasion recently concluded with its third and possible final season. Pluribus, which hails from creator Vince Gilligan, defeated Severance to become the most-watched Apple TV sci-fi show in history. Apple released a sci-fi misfire a few years ago with Constellation, which was one of the few showscanceled after one season. This came despite praise from legendary author Stephen King. The show stars Noomi Rapace, the latest actor to join Netflix’s new Assasasin’s Creed series.
