Old shows finding a second life on streaming isn't a new phenomenon, but the way it happens usually makes sense. A cast member lands a big role, a reboot gets greenlit, or some anniversary gives a platform an excuse to push it back into the spotlight. None of that applies to a British-Canadian horror anthology that went off the air in 2000. And yet here it is, climbing PVOD charts for reasons that aren't immediately obvious.
