It’s a worrying time for one Neighbours family next week, as Elle Robinson’s (Elise Jansen) actions force them to leave Ramsay Street.

She’s desperate to get stuck back into journalism, and will stop at nothing to get the perfect scoop – even if it means leading danger to the doorstep of one clan.

When the Linwell brothers rough up one member of the Varga-Murphys, they’re forced to head to Apollo Bay to escape danger. Poor Cara (Sara West) is left to pick up the pieces as her progress with Remi (Naomi Rukavina) post-amnesia diagnosis is stunted.

Elsewhere, Holly Hoyland (Lucinda Armstrong-Hall) sets the wheels in motion for her new life with an ever-fearful Andrew Rodwell (Lloyd Will), who worries that she’s jumping the gun far too soon.

Plus, there’s a new future on the horizon for Eirini Rising, as Colton Keys (Jakob Ambrose) eyes up his own new start back in Erinsborough.

All of the latest Neighbours goss is right here…

Remi and Cara are in a really good place, but there’s still no sparks of romance. When a customer starts flirting with Remi, she secretly enjoys it, but is torn when they ask her on a date.

Will she decide to move on from Cara?

Susan relays the budget cuts plan to the Eirini residents, who are not impressed. She tries to find a middle ground, and then confides in Jane, who encourages her to keep trying.

For the residents, they aren’t prepared to let go of their little luxuries, and Susan begins to lose control of the situation when Hilary and Gino start a petition against the decision.

At No. 22, Elle and Terese are trying to live harmoniously, but it’s clear that the two women are struggling in Paul’s absence.

However, rather surprisingly, Terese offers a shoulder to cry on when Elle has a disastrous meeting with Wesley, who is editor of The Daily Monster newspaper.

As they begin to pond, Terese organises a tour of Ramsay Street in the hope it will help her reconnect with the area, and Elle spots something intriguing at the Varga-Murphy residence.

Determined to prove herself as a more than capable journalist, Elle steals classified information about the Linwell brothers from Cara’s house and uses them to write an article for The Daily Monster.

Little did she realise, her actions are putting the Linwells’ attention back onto the Varga-Murphys. Terese, Susan and Leo soon turn their backs on her, and Cara is furious.

The article is quickly spreading online, and when Cara receives a threatening message, the clan are forced to move somewhere safer.

It’s decided that the family will go to Apollo Bay to stay with Remi’s dad, but knowing that her presence will only endanger them further, Cara urges them to go without her.

She’s completely and utterly heartbroken at the thought of having her family split apart, especially after making some headway with Remi.

Down at the retirement home, Susan hopes that Colton and Terese can make a last ditch effort to save the retirement home from further mutiny – by announcing a partnership between Eirini and the Sunset Group.

Cara is relieved to have Nicolette’s support during her family’s absence, but begins to worry for her father Greg’s safety when neither she or Chelsea can get hold of him.

With Andrew in tow, she heads to the fishing spot he was driving to, and when they arrive, they’re shocked to see he’s been roughed up.

It’s a clear warning from the Linwells.

Elle is torn between her conscious and ambition, but after being showered with praise from Wesley, she continues to pursue the story. This has now placed Terese in an awkward position with Cara, and Elle offers to move out of No. 22.

Terese agrees to let her stay on, later admitting to Leo that she’s merely keeping her enemy close.

Elsewhere, Holly begins to plan her future with Andrew by registering an interest with Krista for Lassiters’ opportunities in other parts of the country.

Andrew urges her to take caution, and to put the brakes on her operation for now. He’s further taken aback when Max helps for advice on trying to reunite with her.

He recalls the conversation to Holly and she spells out to Max that their relationship is over for good. He’s crushed.

Down at Eirini, Terese and Susan are over the moon to hear that the Sunset Group are not only going to enter into a partnership, but also keep Susan on as ops manager.

It’s great news for Colton too, as it means he’ll be able to work alongside them at Sunset’s representative. He’s even got his eyes on a new home, and is given a tour of the Share House from Max.

She insists that he come home with her, and perhaps it would be a good opportunity for them to reconnect despite the scary circumstances. She struggles to break through her dad’s tough shell, but with Nic’s encouragement, becomes hopeful she’ll be able to repair their relationship.

Already feeling like she’s on the outer, the kit keeps coming when Nicolette confronts Elle and scolds her for blowing up Cara’s life. Even Elle can’t deny the damage she’s caused when she learns of Greg’s attack.

Cara refuses to accept Elle’s apology, and she’s faced with a clear message – the damage has been done, and nothing can stop it.

However, she continues to game play by securing her next story, asking Karl about a colleague of his at the council, Amelia Jones. Unfortunately for her, he stays tight-lipped and won’t entertain her theories.

After a meeting, Elle ambushes Karl and he’s quick to reprimand her, saying that her behaviour has left Amelia a wreck, terrified of what was happening.

That doesn’t stop her, though. Elle clocks her car at the garage and finds moment to spy a credit card statement in the vehicle.

Elsewhere, Andrew is guilt-ridden after using Cara’s circumstances to sneak off to a motel with Holly.

Back at home, Sadie has been roped into redecorating the Rodwell living room with Wendy, but she hopes a long-overdue catch up with Holly will allow her to get out of it.

Taye returns from Apollo Bay earlier than expected, and all three are roped into the task.
