After 36 years, Star Trek is finally redeeming a much maligned Next Generation character. Alexander Rozhenko, the son of Worf, tried desperately to be a good son, but failed to meet his father’s expectations. Never a popular character with Star Trek fans, nor a particularly well-written one, Alexander was largely forgotten by the time his dad transferred to Deep Space Nine. There he made one token appearance.
