Thriller shows walk a fine line between mystery and momentum. If they give the audience answers too quickly, and the suspense disappears. However, if things are dragged out for too long, the show has already failed. An effective thriller story needs to keep raising new questions, and create the feeling that absolutely anything can happen next.
