While the most popular project titled The Batman may be the recent Robert Pattinson movie in 2022, directed by Matt Reeves, there's a Batman project that came long before with the same name. On television in 2004, viewers were treated to The Batman, an animated series that served to be a retelling of the Batman mythos post-DCAU—most notably, Batman: The Animated Series—era for the character.
