The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is a masterpiece, a timeless classic, one of the best games ever made... but it was also released in 1998, in the very earliest years of 3D gaming. An upcoming remake for the Nintendo Switch 2 is sure to create many new fans, but it's also renewing interest in the original Nintendo 64 game. Playing the 28-year-old Ocarina of Time is still highly recommended, but you might have to face a few harsh realities.
