It’s hard to get anyone to agree about the best of any genre, but it’s probably hardest to do with comedies. There’s a level of subjectivity to what one finds funny or not funny that makes such an undertaking kind of silly, but then if you want to laugh at someone trying, maybe that’s in the spirit of the genre. And if you agree, and don’t find someone trying to single out the funniest movies worth laughing at, then even better.
