If there's one television genre that's prone to aging poorly, it's science fiction. It's not just the fact that special effects and other technical elements tend to evolve quite dramatically quite quickly, but also the possibility that certain storylines may feel cheesy, trite, or dated as the years go on. That makes it so that when a classic sci-fi show ages well, it's an even more admirable feat.
